Geosolutions Leeds Masters by Research scholarship now open for applications
We're excited to share that our Masters by Research scholarship is now open for applications. We’re offering up to three scholarships covering tuition fees for one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study.
The funding is open to UK/Home-status students in geology, engineering, and social sciences with an interest in the energy transition. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any living expenses. However, applicants eligible for UK/Home fees can apply for a Master's loan.
This type of degree is a great way to gain advanced, specialised training in research methods, ethics, and professional practice, which is valuable in both academic and industry settings.

We can offer two start dates: 1 February and 1 October 2026. For a February start, please complete the Masters by Research scholarship application form by 31 October, 23:59. If you want to join us in September, please apply by 31 May, 23:59.
